MAKING YOUR CHILD A PAR GOLFER
At Par Golf Day Camp, our trained instructors are dedicated to achieving an ultimate goal: to help your child learn and enjoy golf in a fun and safe environment. Par Golf Camps, approved by the Ontario Camping Association, is designed for boys and girls ages 6 - 16, beginner to advanced. Our unique system has worked for thousands of children and we will expand on it again for our sixteenth fabulous summer!

THE DAILY ROUTINE
NEW! 1. Acorns (Beginners)
For those new to the game of golf, we have designed a "day camp" program which includes a half-day of golf instruction. During the morning session, your camper will learn the basics of grip, stance, alignment, putting, chipping, pitching, long and short irons, as well as the etiquette, safety and rules of golf. It is the perfect way to introduce your child to the game, making it fun to play golf without being overwhelmed. In the afternoon, your camper will enjoy a variety of “non-golf” activities including arts and crafts, games and nature hikes on the safe and extensive Annandale property, all under the supervision of our experienced staff.

2. Junipers (Intermediates)
The Juniper program is intended for campers who want a full day of golf instruction. They will be put into groups of 8 to 10, based on their age and ability. Your child will learn; stance, alignment, full swing, grip, tee shots, long irons, putting, chipping, pitching, sand play, fairway woods, approach shots, tempo, course management, etiquette, rules, scoring and safety. Instruction is scheduled on a rotation basis, covering all aspects of golf. In addition to the driving range, video analysis and the short game area, campers play nine holes twice a week. When your child comes for four weeks, they will play eighteen holes, twice a week, in their third and fourth weeks. In addition, all campers will play our new 4 hole, par 3 golf course weekly. Therefore, the Juniper program incorporates not only the best of our established Par Golf program for the last 16 years but also illustrates our continuing ambition to be the best golf camp for your child.

3. Oaks (Advanced)
This program has been designed for our campers who have been with us at Par Golf Camps for a few years and want to spend their time playing more course golf. The first day will be spent on the range and on our 4-hole private practice area, receiving individualized instruction. Tuesday to Friday will be spent on Pickering / Ajax golf courses with instruction in a 5: 1 camper ratio. This closely monitored program will bring out the best in your golfer. Camper space in this program will be limited.

*EACH CAMPER RECEIVES A PAR GOLF CAMPS CAP, HEAVY DUTY SPORT WATER BOTTLE AND GROUP PICTURE PRINT OUT.

COUNSELOR IN TRAINING PROGRAM
The C.I.T. program is designed for boys and girls ages 15 - 16 years old who may express an interest in a future staff position. They will assist staff members with different age groups throughout their one month program. CIT's will be treated as staff, yet they will be allowed to play 18 holes twice throughout their month. The program gives the CIT practical experience on how to deal with children's issues in sports and personally. CIT's receive a discounted fee.

LUNCH
Every child has different dietary needs. Therefore you may pack a lunch, or purchase one at the fully equipped snack bar.
